Solace was created by Shopify Merchants, for Shopify  Merchants!

  • Will my customers process a claim through my shop or Solace?
    They will purchase the Solace protection through your shop at checkout. In the event of a damaged or missing package, they will connect with Solace.
  • How long does it take to install Solace to my Shopify store?
    Generally within 5 minutes. No longer than 15 minutes.
  • I purchased the Solace Protection for an item, it was damaged, missing, or stolen. How do I get a refund or replace it?
    Submit the Solace Claim on the Merchants Shopify store. You will enter the following information: - Contact Email and Phone # from Checkout - Order # - Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Solace will review the Claim. If approved, you will receive a or "Replacement" or "Refund". If not approved, you will receive a notification why.
  • My purchased item was damaged, missing, or stolen. I selected the "replacement" option but it's no longer available. What's next?
    When you submitted your Claim, if you selected the "replacement" item, but it's no longer sold with the Merchant, you will receive a "refund".
