This Privacy Policy ("Policy") gives notice to all persons that information is collected and used by Solace to better serve those that interact with Solace. This Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of personal information by Solace, its owners, employees, and affiliates ("Solace," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy applies to all individuals who interact with Solace's online and mobile resources, including websites, apps, and services (collectively referred to as "Resources"). In order to provide customers, potential customers and visitors to Solace's resources the best experience possible, certain information is collected. Some information is automatically collected while other is voluntarily submitted.

 

Voluntarily Submitted Information

We collect your name, address, email address, phone numbers, company information, your position or title, business specifics such as past orders and payment methods (not including PCI data), and payment terms.  This information is collected for the same purpose as the “Automatically Collected Information” below.

This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, number of visits and links clicked. We may also receive geolocation data from mobile devices.

However, we cannot guaranty that your information is completely secure either within Solace or on the systems of third-party service providers.

Solace maintains an enterprise-wide data security program designed to protect personal information from reasonably anticipated threats. This program includes technical, organizational, administrative, and other security measures consistent with industry standards.

 

6. Incident Response and Management

 

While we take reasonable steps and measures to protect personal information, we acknowledge that security breaches may occur. In the event of a security breach Solace has established incident response and management procedures. Incident responses will promptly address and mitigate any unauthorized access, loss, or destruction of personal information.

 

7. Rights and Options

 

Solace recognizes that users are granted certain rights regarding their personal information. Solace complies with all applicable federal and state laws regarding personal information. Solace shall comply with requests regarding users’ rights, including the right to access, amend, or delete personal information. Users may also opt out of receiving marketing materials.

 

In the event that a user requests the deletion of personal information while an order, response, or other action requiring the use of personal information is in proces; the information will be deleted upon completion of the activity.

 

8. Children's Privacy

 

Solace's services are intended for the use of those ages 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Parents or guardians should supervise their children's online activities. In the event that a parent or guardian discovers we have inadvertently collected their child's information they should immediately reach out to Solace. Solace shall delete the child's personal information within a reasonable amount of time of being noticed about the personal information.

 

9. CCPA and GDPR Compliance

 

Solace complies with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). California residents and individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) have certain additional rights under these laws, which we respect and uphold.
